Merritt Homes is a company that was established through a partnership with the Batawa Development Corporation. The execution of Mrs. Sonja Bata's vision for the development and expansion of the Batawa community is the focus of that partnership and is the driving force behind Merritt Homes. Ensuring that the attention to detail that was instrumental in Mrs. Bata's successes is fundamental in the design and construction of our homes.
Merritt Homes is a locally owned, design-build home builder that specializes in taking homes from concept to closing, with quality and craftsmanship being the main focus at every step of the build. Merritt believes that going the extra mile and providing a quality finished product is not only necessary, but is a founding principle of the company.
